Our friendly staff are passionate about early child development and enjoy having the opportunity to provide a caring, safe, stimulating and challenging environment for the children in our care, in order to promote independence and a passion for lifelong learning.

Our staff have a fantastic understanding of the EYFS curriculum and are highly skilled to support the needs of our children.

Our Nursery class Teacher, Mrs Murphy, is supported by Miss Riley and Miss Butler/Mrs Akhtar.

Welcome to the Nursery class page. Our class teacher is Mrs Murphy.

Our dedicated and enthusiastic staff are commited to providing a stimulating, nurturing and enriching learning environment for our littlest learners.

At Linaker Primary, we pride ourselves on delivering a progressive and exciting Early Years curriculum for all our pupils, in a well resourced environment so that they can flourish and grow throughout their early education and beyond.

We nurture an oracy rich environment and place the development of children’s communication and language at the forefront of what we do, while promoting a free-flow learning environment so the children can use and explore all of the learning spaces all of the time.

Your child might like to read stories, build towers, send messages, tell and act out stories or use numbers and shapes in their exploring time. Perhaps they will explore water, build big buildings or vehicles, create dens, play instruments or create transient art.

We are pleased to offer places for children from 3 years of age.

Visits to our Early Years are welcomed and can be arranged by contacting the school office and arranging a visit with our Early years leader, or complete the following form and one of our friendly office staff will be in touch to arrange a tour to suit you: Click to complete form

We hold a number of open mornings and afternoons during the school year. They give parents and children a fantastic opportunity to meet our children and speak to members of our staff about what we have to offer as a school.
